Job Description - Sales Order Management (Contract)

Job Description

Prepare quotations to customer, process and respond on assigned inquiries (CRM, emails) in a timely manner

Process sales orders in SAP, Bqik & resolves any electronic order fallout

Support customer in order acknowledge or any issue regarding order and delivery

Coordinate with supply chain team to update status of order

Provide support within SOM department as a proxy

Including pre-sales, order management, post-sales enquiries, complaints and handling of customer returns.

Booking transport for delivery.

Verify and support on customer payment and billing schedule until release order requisition.

Maintain material in SAP

Takes part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.

Support Manager to do or revise procedure, work instruction and form

Any assignment by manager from time to time

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field

Work Experience: minimum 4 years in coordinator function in manufacturing and/or service would be preferred.

Languages: Good communication & Social skill in Thai and English

Hardware / Software Skills: MS office, SAP

Characteristics: Well-organized, Service mind and interpersonal characteristics, initiative and able to work in multi-cultural team and multi-task. Possess very basic technical and product knowledge in order to understand real use cases behind processes and continuously improving it.
