• Teaches, provides and reinforces Accor service standards using usage records, menus and appropriate reference materials
• Opens and closes the shift according to the checklist of the headwaiter of the Restaurant / Banquet / Room Service / Lobby Lounge / Mini Bar / Bar / manager.
• Properly performs income and check control procedures during the shift. 
• Maintains a safe and sanitary working environment for all employees and guests.
• Is present in the lounge during the entire food service and supports the service staff in service delivery when necessary.
• Ensures that daily test panels are carried out for service quality in the relevant department and provides detailed and necessary information flow about tasting and menu classes.
• Monitors the working hours and overtime hours of the restaurant and service on a daily basis in order to maximize sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated and friendly
• Solution-oriented and able to keep up with the busy work pace
• Ensuring that guests receive optimum service in accordance with standards while assisting in the efficient and professional service of Food and Beverages
• Assist the Chef Waiter and Restaurant Manager in the healthy execution of the operation of the department he/she is in
• Good command of the English language
