Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field,
- +10 years of proven work experience as Product Owner / Business Analyst and at least 2
- of experience in recruiting and managing product owners / Business Analyst,
- Preferably with experience in the tourism and/or travel sectors,
- Preferably with experience in applications such as E-Commerce, Payment Systems,
- & Finance, CRM, Case Management,
- Deep Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes,
- Familiarity with software development Technologies,
- Knowledge about software and application design and architecture,
- Experience with data analysis, metrics, and goal-setting,
- Ability to provide strategic direction and establish KPIs that align with product vision and
- goals,
- Having advanced knowledge of Agile approaches,
- Having analytical thinking, problem solving, reporting and presentation skills,
- Good command of English, both written and verbal,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Jira and Analytics Tools,
- Having an analytical perspective, strong human relations and communication skills,
- Male candidates must have completed military service.
Job Description
- Plan and manage the entire product portfolio under responsibility,
- Define the product vision and strategy, align with the company's goals, establish
- for innovative improvements, and ensure the creation and presentation of
- roadmap.
- Manage a team of Product Owners, and provide guidance, support and mentorship to

- Ensure the quality of the product development life cycle by working closely with the
