Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field,
• +10 years of proven work experience as Product Owner / Business Analyst and at least 2
• of experience in recruiting and managing product owners / Business Analyst,
• Preferably with experience in the tourism and/or travel sectors,
• Preferably with experience in applications such as E-Commerce, Payment Systems,
• & Finance, CRM, Case Management,
• Deep Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes,
• Familiarity with software development Technologies,
• Knowledge about software and application design and architecture,
• Experience with data analysis, metrics, and goal-setting,
• Ability to provide strategic direction and establish KPIs that align with product vision and
• goals,
• Having advanced knowledge of Agile approaches,
• Having analytical thinking, problem solving, reporting and presentation skills,
• Good command of English, both written and verbal,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Jira and Analytics Tools,
• Having an analytical perspective, strong human relations and communication skills,
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

Job Description

• Plan and manage the entire product portfolio under responsibility,
• Define the product vision and strategy, align with the company's goals, establish
• for innovative improvements, and ensure the creation and presentation of
• roadmap.
• Manage a team of Product Owners, and provide guidance, support and mentorship to
• on-time delivery of high quality products,
• Ensure the quality of the product development life cycle by working closely with the
• software, testing teams,
• Monitor the processes of product development and product deployment plans,
• problematic parts of the applications for which you are responsible, find
• and make suggestions for improvement,
• Coordinate and oversee the entire product portfolio, work closely with cross-functional
• ensure timely delivery of high quality products,
• Evaluate existing data, request new data or request the creation of new data sources to
• product performance,
• Ensure that annual and quarterly targets are achieved for requests related to the products,
• Encourage creativity within the team and explore new technologies and trends,
• Collaborate with partners across the organization, understand and prioritize needs,
• Report to senior management periodically about product roadmaps and action items
