Agile Programme Deliver Consultant

Lithe Transformation is a fastgrowing UKbased agile business transformation consultancy with a reputation for excellence within the agile community across EMEA. Our team grew by over 100% last year and we have an Alist client portfolio in industries such as banking insurance pharmaceuticals electronics and public sector/government.

Thanks to a new engagement with an existing client we are looking to grow our team and bring onboard an Agile Programme Delivery Manager (on a permanent employed basis) to work on an engagement with a public sector enduser. Ideally were looking for someone with some consultancy background who understands the "just do it" ethos that we and our client require. You will have very recent experience in successfully delivering agile programmes or projects. The emphasis is very much on "delivery" however you will naturally have agile in your blood and this will be easily demonstrated in your career history.

If you have current UK security clearance that would be a distinct advantage although not a prerequisite. However you will need to be both able and willing to undergo this process early on in your employment. Please note that due to the nature of the work we are not able to sponsor visas for overseas applicants.

The role is hybrid (more onsite than offsite) and can be based either in London or Bristol.

In return we are offering a salary of between 70k and 95k according to experience skills and location. There is also a topoftherange pension.
