Dgpays provides its users with nearly 500 employees, a versatile service environment by providing not only the technological part of digital solutions in the Information Technology world, but also operational support in consulting service with its digital solutions.

We are looking for colleagues for Strategy & Business Development team member as a Business Development&Sales Manager. If you want to be a part of us, we are waiting for your application.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering or related degree required, Master degree preferred,
  • 5+ years preferably experienced in financial industries, bank, fintech, key account & strategic partnership combined with project design and management,
  • Knowledge of POS and/or corebanking products is an advantage, but at least candidates have to know about any acquiring and issuing financial technology products,
  • Ability to communicate with B2B customers effectively and previous B2B customer management history is a must,
  • Strong track record of success in managing and growing large accounts, product marketing or management consulting roles,
  • Ability to drive successful 360 degree projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels,
  • History with business plan, feasibility practices and business contract preparation is a must,
  • Ability to design new business opportunities and execution of the design is required,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint),
  • Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education,
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead merchant acquisition by identifying leads, building a sales pipeline and executing on the leads via face to face meetings and sales calls with potential merchants,
  • Own accounts, fertilize and build relations with merchants,
  • Perform proactive management and education of all accounts in the portfolio,
  • Create upsell and cross-sell strategies and execute them while consulting merchants on how to improve their businesses,
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all project management issues. Design and launch 360 degree view Project for legal, technical, operational, risk, fraud related issues,
  • Assist in driving our product strategy by identifying, understanding and analysing, requirements from a business and customer/user perspective.
