Job Description - CASA Sales

Overview:

The role of CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) Sales is crucial within our organization as it involves driving the acquisition and growth of CASA accounts which are key to the banks deposit base. The position plays a vital part in the banks revenue generation and customer relationship management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers to acquire new CASA accounts.
  • Meet sales targets for CASA accounts through effective selling techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance account retention.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to promote CASA products and services.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with potential account holders to ensure business acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory policies and guidelines during account opening.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Provide prompt and efficient customer service to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective customers.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and maintain customer records.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance selling skills.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities for CASA products.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management review.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of banking products especially CASA accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a targetoriented environment.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills.
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements for account opening and customer due diligence.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software.
  • Customercentric mindset with a focus on delivering quality service.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel and work in different locations as required.
  • Understanding of market trends and competitor activities in the banking industry.
  • Preferred certifications in sales or customer relationship management.
