For which tasks (responsibilities)?

As the Head of Affiliates and Influencer Marketing for CSGORoll, your mission is to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through affiliate and influencer partnerships. You will lead a team to establish and maintain relationships with affiliates and influencers, ensuring the alignment of marketing strategies with business goals and compliance regulations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and execute the affiliate and influencer marketing strategy in alignment with the company's overall marketing objectives.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and influencers, ensuring a diverse and high-performing network.

• Negotiate and manage contracts, commission structures, and incentive programs with affiliates and influencers to maximize ROI.

• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to affiliates and influencers to optimize their performance and conversion rates.

• Monitor and analyze affiliate and influencer performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and creative teams to develop compelling promotional materials and campaigns for affiliates and influencers.

• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure all affiliate and influencer marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

• Manage the affiliate and influencer marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver the highest return on investment.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate and influencer marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• 5+ years of proven track record of success in affiliate and influencer marketing within CSGO/CS2, esports, iGaming, or related industries.

• Extensive experience in developing and executing affiliate and influencer marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with affiliates and influencers.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliates, influencers, and internal stakeholders.

• In-depth knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices related to affiliate and influencer marketing in the iGaming industry.

• Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals and objectives.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in affiliate and influencer marketing strategies.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
