We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join VavaCars HR Team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of talent acquisition, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You will help lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate assessment will contribute to our success in attracting the best candidates for our company.

Additionally, the HR Generalist will play a key role in developing and implementing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

What to expect from a HR Generalist at VavaCars;

• Determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts
• Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring employees
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Organize on-site interviews by champion VavaCars Leadership Principles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• Conduct job analysis to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners
• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
• Design and deliver learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned
• Workable and Enocta tool management and is a plus

What you will bring:

• 5+ years proven experience as Talent Acquisition Professional
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Proficient in the use job boards
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
• Excellent communicator
• Well-organized
• A leader and strategic thinker
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field
