Job Summary:

As a Key Account Manager at Straumann Group in Ankara, Turkey, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the dental industry. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through strategic account management.  

In this role, you will have the responsibilities listed below;

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts in the Ankara region.
    • Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions and support.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  2. Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing key accounts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for upselling, cross-selling, and promoting new products or services.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new clients and market trends.
  3. Strategic Account Planning:
    • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with company objectives and client needs.
    • Set clear objectives, targets, and KPIs for each key account, and monitor progress regularly.
    • Anticipate client needs and proactively propose innovative solutions to enhance value and drive revenue growth.
  4. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates, reports, and presentations as needed.
    • Coordinate and participate in meetings, events, and conferences to represent the company and promote its products and services.

 

Qualification and requirements:

 

To perform this job successfully, the position holder needs to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to develop and implement effective account plans.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English languages.
