Our client is one of the leaders in the automotive industry. For their future development plans, we are looking for a: Purchasing Engineer

Job Description

• Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate price and terms conditions for the materials,
• Prepare, process and follow up purchase order until material is on-site due to production plan
• Handle all commercial relations with suppliers
• Responsible for technical and CAPEX investments,
• Market search to find, analyze and propose alternative sources of suppliers & contractors
• Identify alternative low cost solutions,
• Lead cost reduction and localization activities,

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor Degree from Engineering departments of the universities,
• At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing ( automotive sector might be advantage ) indirect purchasing experience,
• Good command of English both written and spoke
• Good negotiation and communication skills,
• Self-motivation and high sense of responsibility,
• High analytical thinking and reporting skills,
• Have SAP & MS Office knowledge.
• Residing in Tekirdag
