Senior Field Service Engineer Electrical & Automation (Ref 34442)

We are now looking for a  Senior Field Service Engineer Electrical & Automation  to join our team. The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Istanbul.

As Senior  Field Service Engineer Electrical & Automation , your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting on equipment families according to customer requirements
• Guide and supervise during execution of engine repair and overhaul related jobs
• Execution of generators / related auxiliaries repair &overhaul jobs independently
• Perform UNIC and PLC based up-gradation and modification related activities
• Carry out planned and unplanned electrical maintenance jobs as assigned
• May act as system commissioning engineer and may lead the related commissioning activities
• Guide and supervise O&M related advisory supports
• Report executed work according to Wärtsilä standards
• Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsila Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedure

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic engineering or Equivalent
• Goodknowledge of products and ofworking within an installation or maintenance and repair environment
• Good communication & teamwork skills
• Cost awareness & effectiveness
• Quality, safety & environmental skills
• Customer understanding
• Deliver Solutions to Customer -processes & tools
• Technical communication skills
• Fluency in written & spoken English and proficiency in computer applications
