Job Description - Trade Marketing Specialist

Supporting set up and developing new business strategies with distributors, wholesalers, retailers (supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy, etc. chains) in CIS & Middle East & Africa
Developing trade marketing strategies with effective promotional mechanism/concept for regions/countries and consumers/shoppers to achieve business targets
To understand value chain mechanism in each countries and building effective pricing model
Effective GTN management by creating and managing trade budgets, analysing financial data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement, developing strategies to increase revenue, monitoring P&L performance in each countries against targets and making adjustments
Following up and managing the whole export process in coordination with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance and other relevant teams
In coordination with the marketing department, developing and implementing plans for creating targeted markets - growth, product - brand strategies and trade channel applications, planning local brand marketing and trade marketing activities, promotional programs in-joint with local distributors
Sales forecasting based on YTG financial targets by working on sales and stock reports of distributors in each month
Monitoring and analysing on market share, market developments, competition, competitor activities, risks and opportunities, preparing an action plan and executing it in order to improve the business results
Travelling abroad and visiting markets & clients regularly
Exhibiting or visiting exhibitions abroad.

Proven Export Sales or Trade marketing experience of minimum 3 years; FMCG specific
Strong command of written and spoken English
Russian and/or Arabic is plus
Passion for trade marketing, knowledge of trade marketing aspects and their impact on the business

Knowledge of current global trade marketing trends
Strong analytical skills
Energetic, organized and business-driven approach
Strong attitude and ability to work in a multi-culture environment
