• Provide 7x24 On-call Support for the operation supports. Troubleshoot with the Tx Backhaul (IP Backhaul & Microwave) network problems according to defined SLAs. Investigate and identify the generic problems and deciding severity level of these problems and result of these progresses raised Service Request (SR) or WOR to the relevant Vendor or internal departments. As result of this process, follow-up the status of these SR and WORs. Meet with the vendors regularly to communicate about the problems 
• For new technologies and new features, transfer know-how to operational departments via hands on trainings. Prepare high level Tx Backhaul (IP Backhaul & Microwave) related documentation and procedures for other operational departments in the aim of hints and corrections.
• Provide support as consultancy for Tx Backhaul (IP Backhaul & Microwave) proposal and contractual preparation activities. Generate periodical executive reports regarding to status of the Service Requests (SR) to the related departments
• Ensure that VF HSE&W procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations. Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
• Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library. Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security. Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference. Protect user accounts and associated passwords, and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.
• Ensure that VFTR BCM policy/standard, procedures, plans implemented and works carried out in compliance with BS 25999 -2:2007 Standard. Ensure that BCM risks are assessed and mitigated so far as is reasonably practicable in VFTR Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). Ensure VTR BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving within VFTR

Who you are

• Graduate from Computer, Electronic or Telecommunications engineering
• Experience with vendor of mobile networks equipment provider in the NSP (Network Support Program) team or working in a telecom operator as level3 support team. At least 7 Year Experience in telecom sector with hands on Tx Backhaul (IP Backhaul & Microwave) networks, with a good understanding of GSM/UMTS/LTE.
• Ability to use Huawei & Nokia specific tools like NCE, NFM-P, etc. Have Good knowledge about TCP/IP and MPLS protocols and networking.
• Enthusiasm about creating programs. Basic knowledge of Network programming, Unix, SQL and Prompt Engineering.
• Good command of English.
• Good reporting, presentation and communication skills. 
• Ability to adapt to work in multicultural environment
