Accountant

Technical

• Accounting Data Entry on the company ERP (Latis).
• Processing invoices and expense claims using the company Digital tools. 
•   Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure payments are received and made on time.
•  Checking the compliance of invoices, receipts, accounting books and purchase orders with legal regulations.
• Support in Performing tax audits.
• Support in the financial team Digitalization plan. 
• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
• Assist in Preparing period-end closings.
•  Keeping corporate financial data confidential.
•  Continuing professional development.
•  To update data in the system management area.

Safety

• Apply the safety procedures for operations bound to their activity.

Quality

• Apply the Quality procedures for operations bound to their activity.

• Education: BA in accounting or Finance
• Experience: 2 to 3 years experience in accounting or finance
• Tools: any ERP JD edwards is preferable. 
• Advanced English skills required

• Understanding from hardware devices,
• Understanding from Software (ERP system)
