We are looking for an Accounting & Collection Manager for our rapidly growing teams in this environment.

Your playground as an Accounting & Collection Manager at TikTak

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local regulations
• Lead SAP FI configuration, month-end closing and system enhancements in coordination with IT/SAP teams
• Manage daily cash flow, set AR targets and ensure timely invoicing, collections and AP payment plans
• Lead and develop the Collection team, setting performance goals, providing coaching, and ensuring effective execution of collection strategies
• Coordinate internal and external audits, tax filings (VAT, WHT, corporate) and regulatory submissions
• Design, implement and monitor internal controls to secure P2P and O2C processes
• Drive finance process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Provide ad-hoc financial analyses, forecasts and management reports to support strategic decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Growth and Legal on finance-related projects

Our game changer Accounting & Collection Manager profile at TikTak

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting and receivables experience, including 3 years in leadership
• Deep expertise in SAP FI (configuration, month-end close, troubleshooting)
• Strong knowledge of local tax and accounting legislation and global compliance standards
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Tableau
  or similar BI tools
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to lead finance process improvement and automation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
