All about the role:

Reporting to Finance and Controlling Manager of Turkey you will be responsible for Accounts Payable in the Country, and you will work in collboation with the shared service center in Kracow.

In detail, you will:

• Post of Account Payable invoices, follow-up on them and collect approvals
• Work with local treasury on payment for vendor invoices
• Prepare relevant declaration forms (such as VAT2, Withholding tax, Stamp tax)
• Make reconciliation with vendors
• Collect all the custom clearance documents and share with the team
• Check all the travel expense documents and approve them within our IT system (Concur)
• Support in the Account Payable month end closing and align with team in Kracow

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree education in the field of accounting, business or similar is preferable
• Previous experience in accounts payable is preferable
• Proficient use of MS Office. Proficiency in the usage of SAP will be considered as a plus.
• Problem solving attitude and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in Turkish, written and spoken. Good English level is preferable
• Focused on targets, deadlines oriented
