CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Bachelor degree in related major

- At least 2 years experience,  preferably in hotel accounting

- Intermediate English knowledge

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel program

- Knowledge in accounting principles and accounts payable process

POSITION SUMMARY

Follow up all purchased items and invoices. Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Record, store, and/or analyze information using property software. Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified. Follow company and department policies and procedures in reconciliation process. Prepare payment sheets.
