Job Description
Engaging with customers and prospective customers to provide technical,
Collaborating with Sales team to understand customer's requirement,
Working with the R&D teams in Turkey and China to play a key role in further adapting and aligning products with market needs and ensuring products meet code requirements and help make products competitive in the mass
Provide technical support online, by phone or in person at the job
Maintains effective written and oral communication to report After-sales customer satisfaction status to Management,
Actively responds to feedback for professional development,
Field feedback repeated technical issues, and additional feature requests are gathered and communicated to support product goals.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work,
Three to five years in various assignments within the Company, in the Elevator industry, or in another service-oriented,
Ability to resolve day-to-day,
Ability to properly prioritise activities,
Ability to travel as assigned and required (Local and International),
