The AI & Data Specialist will lead the development and optimization of AI -driven tools to generate deep media insights and enhance audience understanding. This role focuses on building and refining sentiment analysis capabilities, creating predictive models for content performance, and delivering real -time analytics to support strategic media decisions. Key responsibilities include implementing machine learning solutions for trend forecasting, automating content workflows such as tagging and moderation, and designing intuitive dashboards tailored for broadcasters, OTT platforms, and advertisers. The specialist will also explore innovative approaches in NLP and media AI, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of industry trends through continuous R&D and technological adaptation.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and deploy intelligent, scalable AI/ML systems that support media monitoring, sentiment analysis, and audience behavior modeling.
Build end -to -end machine learning workflows for structured and unstructured data, including text, video, and social content.
Ensure scalability, security, and performance of deployed models across different platforms (broadcasting, OTT, digital).
Build and train NLP models to extract sentiment and emotional tone from media content, viewer feedback, and social media posts.
Develop predictive algorithms that evaluate and forecast content performance, audience engagement, and campaign impact.
Fine -tune models based on labeled data and feedback loops to improve accuracy over time.
Implement automation tools for real -time content tagging, moderation, and classification using computer vision and NLP techniques.
Design intelligent recommendation systems and personalization engines based on viewer behavior, content metadata, and interaction patterns.
Enable smart metadata generation for improved content indexing, discoverability, and searchability.
Build and maintain interactive, real -time dashboards to present AI insights to internal teams and clients in a clear, actionable format.
Develop data visualizations that simplify complex data outputs, allowing stakeholders to interpret sentiment shifts, campaign ROI, and content trends.
Integrate dashboards with data pipelines and APIs to ensure seamless data refresh and accuracy.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML, NLP, and computer vision, evaluating their relevance for media applications.
Lead proof -of -concept projects and experimental pilots to test new tools, libraries, and models.
Contribute to the company’s R&D strategy by proposing and implementing innovative AI -based solutions.
Work closely with Product, Content, Strategy, and Marketing teams to translate business goals into AI -driven solutions.
Provide technical support for data interpretation, ensuring that non -technical stakeholders understand AI -generated insights.
Participate in cross -departmental planning sessions to align data strategies with overall media objectives.
Requirements
3–5 years of hands -on experience in AI, natural language processing (NLP), and data analytics within media, broadcast, or content -driven environments.
Proven track record of building, training, and deploying machine learning models for applications such as sentiment analysis, content classification, and trend forecasting.
Strong programming skills in Python, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Proficiency in ML/NLP frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, Scikit -learn, or Hugging Face Transformers.
Solid understanding of media data types (text, audio, video) and their processing workflows, especially in multimedia or social media contexts.
Hands -on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Python -based libraries like Plotly, Dash, or Streamlit.
Ability to convert raw data outputs into actionable, easy -to -understand visual reports and dashboards tailored for business users.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure.
Capable of building and integrating APIs, and deploying ML models into production environments or operational workflows.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect data science outcomes to business strategy and media performance.
Effective communication skills for working with technical and non -technical teams across departments.
Demonstrated initiative in applying AI solutions to real -world media challenges, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
