Air Cargo Specialist

• Communication with suppliers, vendors and overseas offices/agents
• Maintain excellent customer service
• Manage shipment documentation and invoicing process
• On time & accurate shipment update to customers through are system.
• Effective pricing handling to customers and overseas offices /agents

• Experience air cargo handing and pricing min 2-4 years.
• Fluently English in written and verbally.
• Pro-Active thinking and ability to understand customer need.
• Customer oriented
• Experience in working multi-national team members
• Good lever of relation with air cargo carriers
• Knowledge in cargoWise is an asset
