If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nChecking the appropriateness of below mentioned items with respect to Vodafone standards Vodafone relations with distributor \n\nTo determine strategies, prepare action plan, to take necessary action and precautions \n\nTo control contracts prepared by sales channels \n\nTo control distributors\u0027 Operation Quality, office environment and infrastructure i.e. delivery vans, salaries etc. \n\nTo control and analyses route plans and visits of sales chanells staffs. \n\nTo start, sustain, pursue and report projects to develop \n\nTo collect information about competitors activities, promotions and tariffs orderly / -To provide collaboration and compatibility with other departments \n\nTo ensure the realisation of targets through the sales channels and distributor(s) \n\nEstablishment of a strong distributor system for the region \n\nIdentification of distributor\u0027s initial \u0026 additional investment requirements \n\nFollow-up and reporting of distributor profitability \n\nHaving daily visit \n\n## Who you are\n\nUniversity degree \n\nSignificant experience in a similar position \n\nPeople management experience \n\nBudgeting and reporting skills \n\nDriving license \n\nMin 5 years of experience in similar position (sector knowledge is an asset) \n\nMS Office Excel, Powerpoint, \n\nFluent English \n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
