About Our Client

Our client is one of the global manufacturers in Automotive industry. For their future development plans we are looking for an Area Sales Specialist.

Job Description

• Working on business plan with dealers, managing the annual logistics plan, analyse dealer's need and to ensure on-time delivery
• Identifying new customers who may have the purchasing potential in the market
• Organizing visits at regular intervals and explain our brand to encourage purchases
• Keeping the existing company portfolio under control by scheduling periodic visits
• Follow-up of the sales process of the customer that has reached the sales closing stage
• Contacting and receiving feedback from customers to whom vehicles have been sold to monitor their needs and problems and reporting the feedback to the management
• Identify strong and developmental areas of the dealer, conduct business review with dealer management
• Following all competitor actions deals in the territory and coordinate & follow up
• Coordination, follow-up of the dealer sales team, regarding customer prospection, sales& marketing activities, establishing good relations and professional trust with them
• Providing customer and dealer insights to drive incremental growth opportunities
• Supporting the dealers in order to increase brand image, customer satisfaction and supporting Sales Director in maximizing profit level

The Successful Applicant

• Having a bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, economics
• Minimum three years of experience in heavy vehicles and/or automotive industry
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken, including presentation skills
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-directed, energetic, can-do attitude with a strong bias for action
• Able to quickly understand customer needs and to deliver timely
• Good inter-personal and collaboration among different teams
• Will locate in the region
