Assembly Process & Cust. Quality Specialist- Fixed Term

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field


• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive quality, preferably in customer quality


• Knowledge of automotive quality standards and customer-specific requirements


• Familiarity with quality and problem-solving tools


• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills


• Good command of written and spoken English


• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills


• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer-specific quality requirements and support their effective implementation


• Follow customer quality expectations and contribute to improving customer satisfaction


• Monitor customer quality indicators and prepare regular reports


• Support the investigation and resolution of customer complaints


• Contribute to root-cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions


• Support the effective use of quality and problem-solving tools


• Assist in planning and coordinating customer audits and visits


• Follow up on audit findings and related action plans


• Collaborate with Production, Process, Engineering and Project teams to resolve quality issues


• Contribute to quality and process improvement projects


• Support the development and implementation of actions aimed at improving customer satisfaction


• Follow up on agreed actions and support their timely completion
