This role will be based in our Istanbul office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
They oversee rehearsals and ensure the set is technically prepared on behalf of the Director before filming.
They monitor the program's flow on behalf of the Director. During recording/broadcast, they manage the timing of the flow, stay in communication with the Playout team, and inform all teams about time planning.
Before and after filming, they provide the Technical Director and Server Operator with information about recording plans and perform post-shoot checks.
They check the lower thirds (KJ) and materials to be used before broadcast with the KJ operator and ensure they are displayed in the correct order during the broadcast.
They follow up on camera recordings from the studio and external locations, deliver them for editing, and ensure they are checked.
They oversee the editing process with or on behalf of the Director, review the edited content, and report back to the Director.
They deliver project materials for promotion, digital, and social media to the relevant departments and track their progress.
When necessary, they carry out filming in line with the Director's directives and take on other assigned tasks.
They maintain good communication with all production units.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree from four-year University. Bachelor’s degree in TV/cinema or media-related field is preferred.
3–5 years of work experience in the publishing field.
Excellent verbal and writing skills in English.
Enthusiasm for production and media industry
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented and inquiring personality
Strong following through skills
Strong time Management skills,
Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
Ability to work with high volume workload and tough deadlines,
Ability to drive for results and achieve goals through direct/indirect influence,
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong communication skills, an excellent listener with high emotional intelligence
