Backend Developer (AdTech)

About You @ GoWit:

As a Backend Developer at GoWit, you play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the backbone of our platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to create efficient and scalable solutions. You are passionate about innovation and solving complex technical challenges, and your contributions help drive the success of our mission in the adtech industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability, implementing security and data protection measures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying performance bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.
• Collaborate with other developers and teams to design and implement new features.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging backend technologies and industry trends, ensuring GoWit remains at the forefront of innovation.

Your Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of backend development experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
• Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages, particularly Go, Python, or Rust.
• Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and database design.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services architecture.
• Experience with Go (Golang) is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience in e-commerce or adtech is a plus.
