If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nBuilding and executing journey strategy thru identifying target customer, channel and when/where to reach that customer with which offer of base growth activities in the Squad.Purpose of the Prepaid Base Squad is to drive value growth by providing a commercial ready base, boost customer activity, retain customers and optimize lifetime revenue thru top up, churn and PretoPost activities with insight and data driven strategy yet assure a sustainable customer base.\n\n * Lead the Prepaid Top up, Churn, PretoPost journeys aiming to achieve monthly prepaid top up revenue, prepaid activity, churn and PretoPost target.\n * Defines target group (who) and customer journey in MCCM (how), working closely with Big Data and commercial lead to define offers (what) and channel lead to define channel orchestration (where), as well as decision architects and test leads to make sure relevant developments are made. Role works closely with decision architects, test leads, commercial and marketing \u0026 channel leads.\n * Designing personalized and data-driven journeys in Pega (MCMM), to reduce customer disconnection with better customer engagement, boost customer activity and maximize lifetime revenue.\n * Deep dive understanding of customer behaviors \u0026 business needs to improve squad KPIs and to build seamless experience in a horizantal approach.\n * Lead the Big Data \u0026 AI applications in prepaid business, maximizing the adoption of AI in churn activities, for offer, channel, activity and script selection. \n * Uncovering potential growth areas and conducting A/B tests to optimize core activities.\n * Ensuring seamless operationalization and making advancements to thrive in customer experience through simplification.\n * Design and lead best effective channel journey strategy while aiming to maximize revenues by increasing and sustaining customer lifetime value, increase digital channel mix\n * Trying new technologies and services, explores digital opportunities to boost digital sales and engagement\n * Improve, monitor and maintain journey strategy aiming to maximise customer lifetime value with AI driven data approach\n * Effective stakeholder management of key business relationships\n * Work in harmony with agile practices \u0026 get ready to own different responsibility within Squad\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n * BSc. degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics or similar fields of engineering\n * Has a strong commercial mindset, ability to define marketing and sales opportunities\n * Min 2-3 years of experience in Telecommunication/E-commerce/Technology sector at marketing and/or commercial roles\n * Highly proactive, have a strong can-do attitude\n * Ambitious \u0026 competitive professional with high personal drive \u0026 leadership attitudes\n * Strong analytical skills, results-driven and delivery-focused\n * Pega knowhow is a plus\n * Flexible on taking responsibility of other roles (commercial, marketing, channel) where needed to build a collaborative team environment and ensure team commitments are met on time and with high quality\n * Strong written, verbal communication skills \u0026 interpersonal skills both in English and Turkish\n * Resilient while working in competitive \u0026 rapidly changing environments\n * Comfortable in problem solving \u0026 decision making\n * Good team player, have social skills that enables collaboration closely and easily with core team members and stakeholders\n\n\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
