We are growing and looking for a passionate, bold, and driven Bottling Engineer! Are you the one?

What you will be doing in this role Bottling Engineer – Thrace Plant

• According to the annual production plans coming from the Central Food Unit, determines the annual and monthly production targets and other details.
• Personnel planning of the units they’re responsible for.
• In extraordinary cases, it may decide to stop or change production.
• Follows the developments in the facility's production.
• Finds solutions to technical problems encountered in the facility or participates in the necessary coordination and activities to find solutions.
• Detects bottlenecks in production. Carries out development studies to increase production and reduce costs and puts the approved studies into practice.
• In order to ensure maximum energy savings, takes measures to ensure optimum use of energy and minimization of energy, and heat losses.
• Detects production stations, facilities and machines that have exceeded their economic life and / or are constantly malfunctioning, and makes proposals for revisions or renewals according to developments.
• Prepare requested reports and information for the activities carried out in the units they are responsible for, examines them, and ensures that they reach the relevant departments on time.

What do we expect from our future colleague

• University degree in Engineering or another related field;
• > 1 year of experience in a similar role;
• Medium English skills & Fluent Turkish skills are a must;
• Excellent partnership with other departments;
• Driven and ambition person with a proactive attitude.
