Job Description

• Handle all of brand's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency throughout
• Answer social media DM's and comments
• Communicate with outside PR firms to ensure brands branding is on point and help them reach a bigger audience
• Communicate with our Digital Marketing partner and provide them with necessary materials (this will be done together with the Sales Manager)
• Create weekly mailings with guidance from the Sales Manager
• Handle dressing requests from influencers, press and celebrities and build relationships with them
• Keep detailed gifting and dressing notes on the brand STOCK LIST
• Research new influencers that are good examples of brand and reach out to them for gifting opportunities
• Do market research and keep up with industry trends to suggest new ways of reaching brands targeted audience
• Create marketing and advertising campaigns and events
• Create designs and layouts for sales, marketing and PR
• Prepare lookbooks for collections
• Prepare descriptions for each model for the linesheet
• Prepare necessary materials for the wholesale markets
• Prepare necessary materials for our brick and mortar stores
• Prepare blog posts, interview and articles for the website
• Research brands that we can collaborate with and help handle the collaboration processes
• Order or re-order of marketing and branding items (such as bags, stickers, etc.)
• Design and order new marketing or branding materials

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree
• Expereince in a related field
• Prior experience managing a social media account targeting a defined audience preferably for a brand or community
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Flexibile in working hours
• Creativity
• Ability to enhance teamwork
