We’re looking for a Brand Strategy and Engagement Manager to join our Marketing team in Türkiye. You’ll lead brand strategy, consumer-centric initiatives, and impactful marketing programs that accelerate our transformation and maximize category performance.

What you will shape:

• Lead the long-term brand growth agenda, including positioning, value proposition, equity development, and communication strategy.


• Turn consumer insights, market dynamics, portfolio priorities, and business objectives into effective communication plans.


• Define campaign strategies and KPIs that strengthen awareness, engagement, and advocacy.


• Champion creative excellence, delivering distinctive and culturally relevant content that builds strong consumer connections.


• Leverage Artificial Intelligence and emerging marketing technologies to improve consumer understanding, content development, campaign effectiveness, and engagement.


• Lead the development of integrated communication platforms, campaigns, content strategies, and marketing assets.


• Adapt and implement global and regional communication assets across key consumer and trade touchpoints.


• Monitor trends, competition, and campaign performance to identify optimization and innovation opportunities.


• Collaborate with Commercial, Portfolio, CRM, Digital, Trade Activation, Legal, Corporate Affairs, and agency partners.


• Manage timelines, budgets, stakeholders, approvals, and campaign delivery.


• Ensure compliance with local regulations, PMI Marketing Code requirements, and internal standards.


• Track communication metrics and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and ROI.

The Profile We’re Looking for 

You Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in Brand Management, Strategic Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, or related fields.


• Brand management experience in leading multinational organizations is preferred.


• Proven success building brands through consumer insights, positioning, and integrated communication programs.


• Experience leading integrated campaigns across digital, CRM, content, retail, and experiential channels.


• Strong creativity and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire breakthrough consumer experiences.


• Interest in and hands-on exposure to AI-powered marketing, content development, consumer insights, personalization, or creative effectiveness tools.


• Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills in complex cross-functional environments.


• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
