Budgeting Reporting Controlling Specialist

 As a part of our Finance team, we are seeking for a Financial Budgeting & Reporting & Controlling Specialist who will be responsible for: 

- Preparing of Company's Annual Operating Plan and budgeted financial statements on yearly and monthly basis in accordance with IFRS,

- Prepare board presentations, financial and operational analysis related activities,

- Preparing of monthly/quarterly stand alone and consolidated financial reports and notes in IFRS and CMB,

- Executing control on Company's budgeting processes and compare with actuals,

- Participating month-end control process,

- Perform analytical review of financial statements,

- Managing the relations with external auditors,

- Participating in the implementation of improvements to financial reporting processes and systems,

- Follow up developments on IFRS and Group Accounting Policies.

Qualifications:

- University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Finance from a reputable university
- Proficiency in English,
- 2 or more years audit company experience is mandatory  and also minimum 2 years experience in similar position in Finance Department (preferably in a multinational company),
- Experienced on IFRS and CMB reporting and consolidation,
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experienced on usage of ERP (SAP will be an asset)
- Good knowledge of Hyperion is an asset,
- Technical knowledge of accounting,
- Teamwork oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills,
- Creative in problem solving,
- Self motivated and result oriented
