Your Impact

• Contribute to internal strategic initiatives and client-facing AI transformation projects,
• Collaborate closely with software and AI development teams to support the design, analysis, and delivery of technology-driven solutions,
• Explore AI use cases within the banking sector and help translate business needs into actionable solution concepts,
• Support projects developed for new clients, contributing to both solution development and implementation activities,
• Take an active role in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, documentation, and delivery processes,
• Gain hands-on experience in AI-enabled business transformation within a collaborative project environment,
• Continuously learn and develop expertise at the intersection of business, technology, and AI.

 

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology Management or other comparable degrees,
• 0–1 year of relevant experience or fresh graduate,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex business problems,
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders,
• Proactive, highly motivated, and eager to learn, with a ability to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks efficiently,
• Eligible to work in Turkey.
