Business Analyst (CEO Office)

Ace Games is looking for a highly analytical, structured, and hands-on Business Analyst to join the CEO Office.

This role will work closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic projects, business analysis, reporting, investor materials, partnerships, fundraising processes, and cross-functional execution. We are looking for someone with strong financial and analytical skills, excellent communication ability, and the ownership mindset required to operate in a fast-paced gaming company.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO Office through analysis, research, business modeling, and execution.
• Collect, analyze, and structure data for investor updates, board materials, business plans, and strategic decks.
• Analyze game KPIs, market data, competitor benchmarks, and business performance metrics.
• Own cross-functional project tracking across departments, including timelines, and follow-ups.
• Support business modeling, monthly accounting, reporting, and financial planning processes.
• Conduct research and prepare materials for new business opportunities, partnerships, IP deals, fundraising, and M&A discussions.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, memos, and briefing materials for the leadership team.
• Take meeting notes, track decisions, and ensure follow-through on key action items.
• Support ad-hoc problem solving across strategic, financial, operational, and organizational topics.

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel / Google Sheets capabilities.
• Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and business judgment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to operate with limited guidance.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• AI-savvy, with the ability to use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and other productivity tools effectively.
• Work on-site in Istanbul.
• Fully committed, highly responsive, and ready to be actively involved when needed.
