Your role is twofold: Hunt and Defend. You will implement a sharp Marketing & Sales Plan to capture new opportunities while ensuring our current partners are shielded from competitor threats through superior technical know-how.
Strategic Prospection: Collaborate with Sales Representatives to identify, qualify, and prioritize high-potential leads in the Food and Pharma markets.
Technical Consulting: Propose bespoke AL technical solutions to solve customer hurdles. You’ll lead trials at customer facilities, draft performance reports, and prove our value through data.
Market Intelligence: Act as the eyes and ears of the industry. You’ll monitor competitor innovations, conduct SWOT analyses, and report on field innovations to the Business Development Manager.
Project Leadership: From initial proposal to contract signature, you’ll navigate technical trials, start-ups, and customer training sessions.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company at trade shows and international events, while mentoring the internal sales team on best practices and technical applications.
We are looking for a professional who is as comfortable in a production facility as they are in a boardroom.
Educational Background: You hold a University or Master’s Degree in Food Engineering (this is essential for the technical nature of our applications).
Experience: You have roughly 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Technical Development.
Technical Acumen: Deep knowledge of industrial processes and gas applications is a major plus.
The "Hustle": You have a knack for building business cases and an eye for the economic drivers of the industry.
Communication: You can translate "technical-speak" into clear, logical, and persuasive business arguments.
