• Analyzing market analysis, internal data and customer needs for his/her Category,
• Developing Category strategy,
• Managing CM related processes in line with the needs and strategies of the Category management,
• Determine the most suitable suppliers within the scope of the determined product range, carry out contract management, order and supply processes completely,
• Managing procurement processes in order to annual procurement goals,
• Business development with suppliers,
• Being responsible for Assortment Building, Pricing and Profitability of his/her Category,
• Planning and implement campaigns and promotions to increase sales with market analysis.

• Graduated from related departments of universities,
• At least 3 years of purchasing experience in Retail, Merchandising, FMCG or Food sectors,
• High persuasion and negotiation skills,
• Thinking fast and making quick decisions,
• Able to use MS Office programs at an advanced level,
• Having experience in supplying products from suppliers at the expected quality level, on time and at reasonable prices.
