Client Success Manager

As our team continues to grow rapidly, we are looking for a Client Success Manager who will understand our partners’ marketing objectives, develop tailored influencer strategies, manage campaigns end-to-end from ideation to reporting, and ensure our clients maximize the value they get from the Humanz platform.

This role goes beyond campaign management — it also involves shaping brands’ positioning within the influencer landscape, building the right creator ecosystem, and driving sustainable performance growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Understand brands’ marketing objectives and design tailored influencer strategies, guiding them to get the most out of our platform
• Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from ideation and influencer selection to execution and performance analysis
• Build the most relevant influencer pool by taking a data- and insight-driven approach to creator selection
• Closely monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring KPIs are met within budget while delivering valuable insights to clients
• Provide regular recommendations to brands based on insights, trends, and performance data
• Support technical aspects of campaign execution, quickly resolve client needs, and collaborate closely with internal teams to continuously improve our platform 

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, influencer marketing, or digital media, preferably on the agency side

• Hands-on experience in managing influencer campaigns

• Strong strategic thinking skills combined with solid execution capabilities

• Interest in and familiarity with the beauty / hair / premium brand landscape is a strong plus

• Comfortable working with data and able to interpret performance metrics (CPE, ER, reach, etc.)

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to take ownership in a fast-paced environment
