Your Role

• Providing first-line clinical support in Turkey who have queries regarding case evaluation, record taking, communication with the technician, case set-up modifications and predictability, aligner troubleshooting and finishing of orthodontic cases.
• Working closely with doctors who are new to the ClearCorrect system and providing additional support and assistance with general queries regarding aligner treatment planning and processes.
• Conducting clinical training for doctors and their clinic support team.
• Provide ongoing clinical updates and training to the internal sales and marketing teams and support any clinical queries that the sales team may encounter during their interactions with the doctors
• Working closely with the EMEA Clinical Advisor to provide ongoing feedback and updates from doctors and assist to develop clinical plans and strategies to ensure clinical success in the market.
• Representing ClearCorrect at educational events and programs, medical meetings, conventions and exhibitions.
• Driving success with the ClearCorrect business development within (Country) by working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and set goals.
• Review and update educational content
• Support the sales and marketing teams in interactions with scientific societies.

Your Profile

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Graduate doctor of Dentistry or equivalent
• Post graduate studies in Orthodontics is an advantage
• Postgraduate business studies is also an advantage
• DDS/DMD/BDS (foreign or domestic), Orthodontic setup technician
• Orthodontics and experience with clear aligners is required
• 2+ years of work experience, of which at least 2 years in a clinical environment or as a setup technician
• Experience in training dentists and orthodontists is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills
• Enthusiastic about providing excellent support & service, always customer centric
• Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
