As a Clinical Trial Manager II at ICON, you will lead the design and oversight of clinical trials, analyze complex medical data, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What You Will Do

You will oversee clinical trial management workstreams, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective clinical trial protocols and enrollment strategies

• Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards

• Analyzing and interpreting clinical trial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize study outcomes

• Proactively identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions to ensure successful trial execution

• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to build strong partnerships and ensure smooth trial processes

Your Profile

You will bring solid clinical trial management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and support team development.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, experience in clinical trial management

• Proven expertise in designing and executing clinical trials, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex medical data

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 25%)
