Cloud Ecosystem Operation Manager - Chinese Proficiency Required

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cloud Ecosystem Operation Manager to drive the operational tasks of our Cloud Ecosystem. In this role, you will establish robust operational systems that support our global ecosystem objectives. Your expertise will help facilitate our mission of empowering developers and fostering innovation in the cloud computing space. Candidates with a strong operations background in marketing, e-commerce, or technology and advanced proficiency in Chinese, English and Turkish are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Lead the establishment and management of operational systems that enhance the large-scale operation of developers, community engagement, and event management within the cloud ecosystem.

• Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of competitive products and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation in our offerings.

• Developer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with developers through community initiatives, technical content, and support programs, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed on our platform.

• Program Development: Assist in the planning and execution of developer programs and activities, including workshops, hackathons, and webinars, to enhance participation and user engagement.

• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics to track the effectiveness of operational strategies and programs, adjusting tactics as needed to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to align operational goals with business objectives and drive success across the ecosystem.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

• On-site work is required (Ümraniye, Istanbul, Türkiye). No remote work policy.

• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the cloud computing industry and emerging technologies.

• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management, product operations, or content management within the cloud ecosystem.

• Experience working with Chinese companies or advanced proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus

• Operational Skills: Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive user retention and satisfaction, with experience in managing large-scale community or developer engagement efforts.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve operational effectiveness.

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and stakeholders

• Strong communication skills in Chinese, English and Turkish. Chinese language proficiency and strong exposure to Chinese business culture is highly valued.
