Cluster Leader & Senior Account Manager, Bakery & Confectionary. Ingredient Solutions

Segment & Customer Strategy - BCIP Lead the execution of the BCIP segment strategy in Turkey and Iran, tailoring global priorities to regional market needs. Define and implement strategic account plans for top regional clients across bakery, confectionery, & Ingredient Processing ensuring alignment with growth targets and profitability goals. Identify long-term opportunities with key accounts, initiate new projects, and drive innovation-focused discussions to position DSM solutions as industry differentiators. Actively monitor the competitive landscape and incorporate insights into your account development plans. Manage the full sales process including demand planning input, price strategy, commercial negotiation, and contract execution. Ensure successful trial planning, customer presentations, and project delivery in collaboration with the application & technical service team. Serve as the Cluster Leader for Turkey & Iran within Ingredient Solutions, acting as the local leadership point for the region. Coordinate activities across segments (e.g., Dairy, Beverage, BCIP), ensuring efficient internal collaboration, commercial rhythm, and external messaging consistency. Partner with application, regulatory, supply chain, and finance teams to support seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Represent the cluster in regional leadership discussions and contribute to the broader strategy development for AMET. Experience managing customers and/or distributors in Turkey and/or Iran, with a solid understanding of local business dynamics.
