Job Description - Collector I

Kendisine verilen bilgiler dahilinde Müşteriler ile irtibata geçmek.

Sorumluluğundaki müşteri hesaplarından tahsilat amaçlı dış aramalar yaparak veya Inbound çağrı alarak yetkisi dahilinde anlaşma zemini hazırlamak.

Yetkilendirildiği şartlarda alacakları taksitlendirmek - indirim yapmak ve ödeme planı hazırlamak.

Müşterilere ait bilgilerde var ise yanlışlıkları onaylatarak güncellemeleri yapmak.

Edindiği müşteri ve şirket bilgilerini korumak.

Müşterilere nazik davranmalı ve şikayetlerini hızlı bir şekilde yanıtlamalı veya bunları uygun kişilere yönlendirmelidir.

İyi ilişkiler kurmalı ve iyi iletişim yeteneğine sahip olmalıdır.
