Define and execute B2B sales and channel strategies to support revenue and customer growth. Manage segmentation, incentive, and loyalty programs to drive sales and partner engagement. Lead performance tracking and reporting, turning insights into strategic actions. Own the channel commission budget and ensure accurate calculation and payout processes. Govern sales automation tools and data quality initiatives in line with the commercial roadmap. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales Operations, and Marketing. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; MBA is a plus 6+ years of experience in commercial strategy, sales planning, or channel management (preferably in telecom or technology sectors) Proven experience in team leadership and complex stakeholder management Excellent communication and influencing abilities Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus Not a perfect fit?
