Contact Center Supervisor
Objective:
As Contact Center Supervisor, you will be providing product and service information, handling customer inquiries, complaints, or issues through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels, to ensure customer satisfaction and better customer experience.
Having business-mindset you will generate revenue by offering extended warranty, consumable & accessories products to consumer.
By providing support, resolving problems and ensuring a positive customer experience, you will be the voice of Electrolux for our Turkish customers.
Being the first point of contact for our internal and external stakeholders, you will coordinate and give guidance to our Aftermarket team.
In this role you will report directly to Service Operations Manager.
