As being one of the core brand of Rolls Royce Power Systems, Rolls Royce Solutions Turkey is equipped with the experience of more than 100 years on productions of diesel engines, manufactures and improves complete drive systems, Gas and Diesel Systems and their control / monitoring systems in wide range of product types and power ratings for heavy vehicles and equipment for construction and mining industry.

We are seeking an experienced Budget, Reporting & Controlling Manager. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role will serve as a key business partner to local management, driving financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execution of  budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX planning processes.
• Partner with business leaders to provide expert financial and analytical insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Identify, monitor, and communicate key business risks and opportunities, ensuring proactive management and mitigation.
• Hold stakeholders accountable for delivering business results by closely tracking performance against plans and targets.
• Own and continuously develop financial KPI dashboards and management reporting in line with the RRPS operating model.
• Perform detailed financial statement analyses, including affiliated company reviews and management commentary.
• Drive transparency, accuracy, and quality in financial reporting and performance measurement.
• Act as a strong business partner to Group Financial Planning & Analysis teams.
• Support profitability improvement initiatives and ensure alignment between financial objectives and operational execution.
• Lead initiatives to enhance financial processes, systems, controls, and reporting capabilities.
• Coordinate the CAPEX approval process and serve as Capital Controller for the Turkish entity.
• Act as the key finance representative and main point of contact for strategic ERP initiatives and system enhancements.
• Demonstrate flexibility, a hands-on approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA/CMA/MBA.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience in global, matrix organizations, preferably within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven leadership experience in FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, and Business Partnering roles.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance management, IFRS, and Turkish GAAP.
• Experience supporting business growth, transformation programs, ERP implementations, and finance systems projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions and organizational levels.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
