Primary Function:

• 
  
  Lead the company's creative strategy and visual direction.
  
  


• 
  
  Develop and approve creative concepts, campaigns, and brand assets.
  
  


• 
  
  Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline channels.
  
  


• 
  
  Manage and develop the creative team.
  
  


• 
  
  Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Digital teams.
  
  


• 
  
  Oversee packaging, POS materials, social media content, and advertising creatives.
  
  


• 
  
  Manage external agencies, photographers, and production suppliers.
  
  


• 
  
  Monitor creative quality, budgets, and project timelines.
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  
  Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  
  


• 
  
  10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in a leadership role.
  
  


• 
  
  Strong knowledge of branding, advertising, digital media, and Adobe Creative Suite.
