Job Description - Customer Experience LL Operations Associate (Temporary)

Acts as the owner of the job file and has responsibility for creating
and updating of shipping documents and Customer Invoices in the system.

Customer Experience Lead Logistics Operations Associate (6 months)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the shipment/ file from booking to invoicing in accordance with agreed processes and Internal Operation Procedure (IOP) /Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
  • Prepare all required documentation timely and accurately
  • Communicate proactively with customer/suppliers in case of exceptions
  • Resolve operational issues / escalations quickly and effectively
  • Support short term projects and other ad hoc activities (e.g. customer implementations, systems testing ….)
  • Ensure operational documents are updated (IOPs/ SOPs)
  • Execute all operational finance process in accordance with customer and company guidelines
  • Support onboarding of new team members
  • Update all systems and milestone timely and accurately
  • Act as the first point of contact for suppliers

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Min. 2 years of experience in logistics industry
  • TMFF System knowledge
  • Customer centric approach
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Fluency in Turkish and English
  • Advanced Ms Office know-how
  • Located at İzmir
