Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring supply availability to completely fulfill all customer orders and managing the end-to-end order-to-delivery cycle with related KPIs.
- Tracking and continuously monitoring service level parameters with customers, such as operating models, order lead times, and order sizes, to optimize business operations in these aspects.
- Managing co-packer operations for products that are not produced in-house.
- Planning upcoming inserts/promotions with sales and marketing teams to fulfill orders on time.
- Managing account and product master data for key customers and implementing Electronic Data Interchange systems for online order processing.
- Triggering intercompany shipment plans to fulfill customer orders.
- Conducting feasibility analysis of different types of Customer Supply Planning Network Models to decrease the cost to serve.
- Leading customer projects such as on-shelf availability, customer warehouse replenishment (CMI), and measuring in-store availability across CCI.
- Measuring service levels and collaborating with customers to analyze root causes of low service levels and taking necessary actions to eliminate them.
Capabilities
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Ability to conduct analysis of complex data tables and make accurate decisions by establishing connections among figures.
- Ability to optimize supply and demand matching through intercompany shipment planning, production prioritization, and effective demand management.
- Advanced proficiency in English & Turkish.
- Able to negotiate and resolve conflicts, creating collaborative situations.
- Ability to track and lead customer projects using OE and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to represent the corporate identity of CCI to a variety of stakeholders and administrative/regulatory authorities, including demonstrating professional appearance, maturity of character, and personality, as well as business intelligence and acumen.
- Ability to understand ERP program back-end processes with related experience in systems like SAP and Oracle.
- Strong understanding of departments and workflows related to their field of responsibility
