Job Description - Customer Service Coordinator

Creating the Bill of Ladings as per the customer’s instructions,
Ensure the created Bill of ladings complies with all rules and regulations defined in the customer / country specifications,
Updating revenues as per the Shipping instructions, country, and regional requirements,
Follow the standard operating procedure and ensure no deviations are induced in the process,
Handling the activities on the basis of Urgent FIFO,
Keep track of errors and work on the feedback provided by the team leaders and managers,
Achieve the targets and exceed them consistently. Aranan Özellikler:
University degree,
Good spoken and written English,
Good spoken and written communication skills,
Strong keyboard skills / typing speed,
Team player with a positive attitude,
Willing to work in shifts,
Willing to work in a corporate company,
Disciplined,
Able to focus on work,
Detail oriented,
Good knowledge of Geography,
Adept in the use of MS Office products,
Should have basic knowledge about the shipping and logistics domain.
