What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong customer focus withmin 2yearsexperiencein customer experience and support.
Have used any Customer Support Management tool, preferably Zendesk.
Experience supporting users via e-mail and chat.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
Exceptionalproficiencyin written English communication, and proficiencyin another language is a plus.
Solution-oriented mindset withstrong communicationskills.
Familiaritywithandenthusiasmfortherealmof the mobileworld.
Expertise in utilizing iOS and Android platforms for personal use.
