Job Description - Customer Success Fair Play Specialist

  • Having at least 2–3 years of experience in sales support and customer compliance processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented and result-driven approach

Responsibilities

  • Entering up-to-date data into internal software platforms (such as CRM Dynamics, JIRA, WIND, etc.) and contributing to system improvement efforts
  • Ensuring the adaptation of existing customers/users to the system
  • Taking part in customer compliance processes within the scope of corporate compliance
  • Engaging in system and process development activities to prevent rule violations by customers/users
  • Collaborating with the partner audit and legal teams to establish, implement, and report customer compliance procedures
  • Managing feedback and complaints received from existing customers
  • Conducting analyses on customer complaints and facilitating corporate compliance through regular meetings
  • Providing support for the analyses, reports, and presentations required by the Customer Relations department
  • Preparing regular analyses and reports on the performance of the Customer Relations department and customer activities
  • Preparing monthly billing reports for existing customers
  • Performing payment and collection analyses in coordination with the Finance department
