Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Join our innovative team at Tor.app as a Customer Success Specialist!

At Tor.app, we’re building AI-driven tools designed to make life easier and more productive. We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. This role is a mix of customer support, product testing, and close collaboration with our developers to help improve the user experience.

If you enjoy solving problems, digging into the details, and working in a fast-moving environment, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll do:


  • Answer customer inquiries clearly and efficiently, aiming to fully understand and resolve their issues.



  • Investigate user problems, replicate issues when needed, and communicate findings to the development team.



  • Test new features and updates before they go live, providing feedback and reporting bugs or improvements.



  • Create short guides and documentation to support internal teams and make testing processes smoother.


  • Keep the customer success team informed about changes and new releases.


What we’re looking for:



  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.




  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in tech or a fast-paced startup environment.




  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.




  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.




  • Comfortable working closely with developers and technical teams.


  • A strong sense of ownership — not just for your role, but for the success of the entire company.



  • Familarity with software testing or QA is a bonus.
