What you’ll do:

  Create short guides and documentation to support internal teams and make testing processes smoother.

  Keep the customer success team informed about changes and new releases.

  
  

What we’re looking for:

  Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in tech or a fast-paced startup environment.
